A few before & afters of the house we just moved into...
still have work to do, but we are getting closer!!!
still have work to do, but we are getting closer!!!
Stuff on the walls...not sure what will stay or if I am 100% happy with the arrangement, but we are getting there! The 2 black square frames were in my kitchen, but I think I will keep the frames in this room & stick family pictures in there...I made this clock to sale at my brother's framing store...
but I recently decided I liked it & it was coming to the new house with us.
It says "Forever, For Always & No Matter What"
I am happy with the progress we have made so far & look forward to future projects!
We have kind of taken a BREAK this week, and it has been nice to just kick back and relax!
By the way...
I by no means, am trying to give anyone the impression that all I do lately is complete projects & have everything in "order"...which is quite the opposite of reality.
The rest of my house still looks like THIS...
and my sink is PILED with dishes!
But I'm so happy & so grateful we were able to get this house, that I don't care about all of the messes that are waiting for me!!!

I AM in love with the table your brother made! It looks fantastic so far. (And I loved how you're keeping it real with some of the other "befores". :)
Hi there! I featured your entry table today on my blog, and as I'm looking through your blog, I'm finding a lot of other great before and afters! I might just have to feature you again! Thanks!
I just finished browsing your blog. So much to see. My favorite so far is the work your brother did in the entry of your home. Does he make house calls? LOL!
I love your blog--everything comes together so beautifully! We also have the dreaded wood-paneling in our house--I couldn't tell from the pictures, but did you take it down, or paint over it? If you painted over it, do you have any tips? I'm dreading this task. Thanks!
I love the way your house is coming together. Thanks for sharing Staci!! :)
You are a Brinton, there is no way you can avoid the piles. It's genetically encoded that you have little messes....
