I haven't been able to stop thinking about this idea...
I have been wanting to do THIS in my eating area in the kitchen...but now I want to do this Board & Batten idea...it will be cheaper than buying Bead Board & I LOVE the look!
Can someone please go buy me some MDF so I can start this project on Saturday???
Picture this area with the white Board & Batten 2/3 the way up the wall & the top of the wall painted GREEN to match the rest of my kitchen...
Just gotta get my husband on board...and batten...haha:)

I love fun moulding treatments like that. We are about to do board & battan in my craft room. My husband got on board when the texture from our walls cracked a little {not structural} and he didn't want to sand/mud again. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have been able to talk him into doing the moulding.

Staci, I've never commented, but I have checked your blog for several momths, you do some way cute stuff! I did the board and batten look in my nursery...and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it...I was 8 1/2 months preggers, and my husband left for scout camp FOR 1 WEEK! SO, I did it by myself, with no help, and pregnant to boot1 Lets just say I needed a distraction from both of those things! Your dining room will look adorable, and it is easy, you can do it! AND, I can't wait to see the pics! Good luck!
